urQR is a digital product. This policy explains refunds and cancellations.
You get instant access to digital cards, QR codes and microsites — there is nothing physical to return.
If you are not satisfied with the service, raise a request and we will review and address it. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are best raised within 7 days of your payment so we can act quickly.
Cancel your paid plan any time from the Billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. No cancellation fees.
Plans do not auto-renew. When your plan period ends you choose whether to buy again.
Email amrish@yngmedia.com with your account email, the plan and the reason for your request. We aim to respond promptly.
